Available Horses: Laz is doing very well in his training - he's now going w/t/c and has been ridden out in the hay field - next trip will be the forest! This honest guy will make a super cute hunter. Short trotting video available upon request.
Lazio upon arrival into rescue: Lazio - 15.11/2hh 7y/o Brown TB - registered but we can't tell if he's raced (records are inconsistent - no visible tattoo). Pulled in July of 2005 from a feed lot very emaciated, we have brought him back to health and he's ready to move on to his forever home. He has been backed several times and walked around. UTD on shots, trims and worming and ready to start training in earnest. Good for vet & farrier. Asking $1000, negotiable to the right home. Smudge (pictures coming) Smudge: Smudge is a 5 year old, 14.2 dapple grey, grade Quarter Horse pony. She's lunging under saddle, has been backed and is ready to start her training in earnest. She was a PMU foal from Saskatchewan, has had firm, consistent handling since she arrived here at 6 months old. She's UTD on vaccinations, worming and farrier - good for vet & farrier as well!
